The challenge
A UAE networking brand was selling imported cabinets under its own name: months on the water, unpredictable finish quality, and no way to offer customers custom sizes or fast replacements. The brand wanted its own cabinet line without building a factory.
What we built
We turned the brand's requirements into a controlled drawing set, engineered the cabinets for our fiber laser, turret punch and panel bending lines, and locked tooling after first article approval. Branding is applied in production: powder color, badges and labels. Every batch runs under NDA with serialized QC records, and the coating passes 1,000+ hours of salt spray testing.
The outcome
The brand now quotes its customers lead times from 3 weeks out of the UAE, offers custom configurations imports could never match, and holds finish quality batch after batch. The line runs as a standing program with revision controlled updates.
