Our gondola systems are engineered as platforms: a structural chassis that stays constant, with brand skins (headers, colors, graphics) that swap in minutes. When your campaign or category layout changes, you swap skins instead of buying new bays.
Every bay is CNC punched steel with 25 mm pitch shelving on load rated brackets, assembled without tools and extended bay by bay as the store grows.

1,000+ hour salt spray
Every panel runs through RO and DI pretreatment ahead of powder coating. Coated parts pass 1,000+ hours of neutral salt spray testing to ISO 9227, proven in the chamber, not claimed on a datasheet.

Design, fiber laser cutting, punching, panel bending, welding, coating and assembly all happen in our own 75,000 sq ft UAE factory. One team owns quality from CAD file to packed crate.

Questions buyers ask us
Do you supply standard or custom gondola sizes?
Both. Standard bays cover common supermarket and pharmacy formats, and custom heights, depths and header treatments are a drawing revision away. Because we punch and fold in house, custom does not mean slow.
How much weight can the shelving carry?
Shelves ride on load rated brackets at 25 mm pitch, and ratings are confirmed per design against your stock profile. Tell us the heaviest category on the planogram and we specify brackets and shelf gauge to carry it.
Can the same gondola be rebranded later?
Yes, that is the point of the platform design. The structural chassis stays constant while headers, panels and graphics swap, so a brand refresh costs skins rather than steel. The approach is documented in our cosmetics gondola case study.
How do the systems ship and install?
Flat packed, at up to 70% less freight volume than assembled bays, with tool free assembly on site. Store crews or our partners install complete runs quickly, and modular bays extend or reconfigure as the store changes.
