What do we mean by a custom electrical enclosure?
A custom electrical enclosure is a housing fabricated to your exact dimensions, cutout plan and environment rating rather than picked from a catalogue. That matters when your gear layout, cable entries or site conditions refuse to fit a standard box: you get the enclosure the installation actually needs, without compromise or wasted volume.
Every enclosure starts as a controlled drawing, yours or ours. Our design engineers check bend radii, corner reliefs, weld access and coating hang points before a single sheet is cut, then the same factory laser cuts, punches, folds, welds, coats and assembles the finished unit. One roof, one revision controlled drawing, one accountable team.
Because the whole chain is in house, changes stay cheap and fast. A revised gland plate or a new cutout is a drawing revision and a nesting update, not a renegotiation with three subcontractors.

1,000+ hour salt spray
Every panel runs through RO and DI pretreatment ahead of powder coating. Coated parts pass 1,000+ hours of neutral salt spray testing to ISO 9227, proven in the chamber, not claimed on a datasheet.
One roof, no handoffs
Design, fiber laser cutting, punching, panel bending, welding, coating and assembly all happen in our own 75,000 sq ft UAE factory. One team owns quality from CAD file to packed crate.

Questions buyers ask us
What sizes of electrical enclosure can you manufacture?
We build both standard and fully custom sizes, wall mount and floor standing, in single and double door formats. Our laser cutting envelope covers sheets to 3,000 by 1,500 mm in mild steel to 10 mm and stainless to 6 mm, so most practical enclosure dimensions are within reach.
Are your enclosures rated to IP65?
Yes. Our gasketed designs seal to IP65 under IEC 60529, using formed PU gaskets, concealed hinges and gasketed gland plates. Where a project needs ventilation instead, we quote IP54 or IP55 constructions with louvers and filters.
Which material should I choose: GI, CRCA, stainless or aluminium?
GI and CRCA suit most indoor and coated outdoor duty at the best cost. SS304 and SS316 are the right call for coastal, food and laboratory environments, and aluminium wins where weight matters. Our engineers confirm the material during the DFM review of your drawings.
What is the lead time for custom electrical enclosures?
Lead times run from 3 weeks out of the UAE for approved designs. Prototypes and first articles move faster, and repeat batches run on locked tooling with QC records per batch.
