Ideal Design manufactures durable metal popstands and promotional stands in the UAE, engineered as platforms: one chassis, swappable brand skins, flat pack freight. Designed, prototyped and produced at volume in our Ajman factory since 1997.
Why engineer a popstand as a platform?
Because campaigns change faster than steel wears out. A platform popstand keeps the structural chassis constant and swaps the brand skin: header, colors, graphics. Campaign two costs a fraction of campaign one, and the fleet stops being disposable.
Each stand is CNC punched and folded for tool free assembly, so store staff can build it in minutes without a fastener kit. Powder coated steel shrugs off trolley strikes and cleaning chemicals that end a cardboard unit in weeks.
Freight is engineered with the same seriousness. Stands ship flat packed at up to 70% less volume than assembled units, which is routinely the difference that makes a multi market rollout affordable.

1,000+ hour salt spray
Every panel runs through RO and DI pretreatment ahead of powder coating. Coated parts pass 1,000+ hours of neutral salt spray testing to ISO 9227, proven in the chamber, not claimed on a datasheet.

Design, fiber laser cutting, punching, panel bending, welding, coating and assembly all happen in our own 75,000 sq ft UAE factory. One team owns quality from CAD file to packed crate.

What is a popstand?
A popstand is a free standing promotional display, usually placed in aisles or near checkouts, that carries stock and campaign branding. Ours are punched and folded steel platforms engineered to assemble without tools and to be reskinned when the campaign changes.
How does flat pack shipping save money?
An assembled stand is mostly air, and freight charges by volume. Our flat pack engineering collapses each unit to a fraction of its built size, saving up to 70% of freight volume, and the stands assemble in minutes at the store or the distribution center.
Can we rebrand stands we already own?
Often, yes. If your fleet uses a platform chassis, new headers, panels and graphics turn last season's stands into this season's campaign. We also design new fleets around this principle so the second campaign costs a fraction of the first.
How consistent are large batches?
Every batch runs on locked CNC programs with serialized QC records, so hole positions, folds and finish match from the first unit to the last. Brand teams sign one first article and every market receives the same stand.
